Airfoil labs c172 update#
I ran the update via Product Manager which seems to run successfully but am not prompted to reactivate the aircraft. Since I purchased the plane a week ago, I've only used version 1.9.
Airfoil labs c172 serial#
In case you will need more activations please send as another report with your serial number. You will need to reactivate the aircraft after update. Please update our aircraft with Product Manager. I remember it appeared in 1.8 version and was solved with 1.9 version.

I opened a support ticket and received the following response: I've tried uninstalling/re-installing everything but there is no change. When I first installed and loaded the plane, everything appeared and functioned normally - maybe the first two times but after that, the gauge problem surfaced and has not gone away. Were you able to resolve the gauge issue? I bought the 172 about a week ago and am experiencing the same issue. No single solution but a couple of things for you to look at. I used to use that years ago but uninstalled it as the plugin was problematic and would often break other plugins that X-Plane tries to load after it. The only other thing of concern I see in your log.txt is that you are using the Soundmaxx plug in. So it may be worth fully uninstalling the plane, and the 'xjet' plugin from X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins and installing it afresh. AFL activation processes are known to be a bit finicky and if the plane is not properly activated, the plugins will not work properly. This may well be to do with the activation process. If they do, then the issue is with one of the C172's plugins that populate those instrument textures. X-Plane 11\Aircraft\Airfoillabs\C172SP XP11\cockpit\generic Have you tried looking in this location, to see if the actual textures for those instruments look ok? I received an acknowledgement but nothing else. I have raised a tag with AirFoilabs 6/7 weeks ago. Some dials have no black background so you are able to see through to the engine compartment. Some off the dials have no details or markings on them. Note that some screenshots shown here depict the features seen by owners of the C172 NG DIGITAL which is sold separately.I know that I have asked for help previously but there must be someone out there who could help me. Users of Airfoillabs C172 NG DIGITAL get a Remotely controlled Hangar, 6 Traffic Patterns for all 5 locations, represented as 3D navigational aids, and quick orientation scenery arrows. If they do, then the issue is with one of the C172s plugins that populate those instrument textures.
